How do I order online?
Simply follow these instructions. Start by choosing one or more products.  Add these to the shopping cart. Then, continue to 'Checkout'. It is that simple.

How do I receive my internet order?

We send orders up to 4 pairs of shoes for a flat rate of $4.50 to most places in the USA by USPS Ground Service. For Canada the flat rate is $4.95. Please consult our 'Shipping Rate'  page for more information and exclusions. Please Click here. 

Is payment via the internet secure?

Yes, we work with DocData Payment Services and their system ensures that your payment is 100% secure. We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards and all payments are registered accordingly.

What if I want to exchange or return an item?

No problem. We offer a 100% no hassle 21-day return policy for your purchase that has not been used or damaged.  Once we receive the returned item and have established that everything is in order, we will reimburse you for the purchase price within a few days (excl. shipping costs) and will send an email confirmation. 


If you want to exchange your purchase for another size or design, please send it back. Same procedure as described above. We now invite you to visit www.boumy.com again and select the new item of your choice.

What happens if I have a complaint about the quality?

First of all, please accept our sincere apologies for this! Boumy's are carefully hand made using top quality leather (natural product) but something can occasionally go wrong along the way. If you feel there is something not right with your purchase please contact us by sending us an email to customerservice@boumy.com and state the nature of your complaint. We will then evaluate your complaint and will give you instructions on the next steps. In most cases we will ask you to send the product back for further evaluation. If we feel your complaint is founded we will replace the product at our expense and reimburse you for the return postage. Please note that only ' Standard Ground' Postage is allowed. However if we disagree with your complaint we will send the product back to you at your expense.
