How do I order online?
Simply follow the instructions. Start by choosing one or more products. Add these to the shopping bag. Then, continue to 'Checkout'. It is that simple.
How do I receive my internet order?
We send orders of 1 or 2 pairs in an envelope. So, NO fancy box. We do this because it helps us keep the cost of post and packaging down (€3.50 per delivery). However, if you order more than 2 pairs or if you order from the BOUMY OUTDOOR or Winter Boot line or a combination of these, these WILL be packaged in a box. The post and packaging costs will then be adjusted accordingly.
Is payment via the internet secure?
Yes, we work with DocData Payment Services and their system ensures that your payment is totally secure.
What if I want to exchange or return an item?
No problem. By law, you are entitled to a seven-day cooling-off period . Please go to the 'Customer service' option in the menu, select 'Return service' and follow the instructions. In some cases, post and packaging costs may be affected. Please refer to the 'General terms and conditions' for more information about this. Generally, however, we are very flexible and tend not to quibble over pennies.
What happens if I have a complaint about the quality?
First of all, please accept our sincere apologies for this! Boumys are carefully made by hand using leather (natural product) but something can of course always go wrong along the way. Often, it may be useful to give us a quick call first and to discuss things over the telephone: Tel: +31 (0)23 -5441649. If we feel that you are right, please go to the 'Customer service' option in the menu, select 'Return service' and follow the instructions. We will then evaluate your complaint and if it is valid, we will reimburse you. Please also have a look at our 'No Problem' guarantee under 'Customer service'.
