The Boumy 100% No Hassle 21-day Return Policy

Satisfied customers, that's what we want! That's why we don't make it difficult if you want to return your purchase. We offer a 100% no hassle 21-day return policy. This policy has been specifically created for purchases made through the Boumy website.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return it within 21 days after receipt (provided not used or damaged). Do you want to exchange your purchase for another size or design? No problem! Do you want a refund? No problem! In case you feel there is a quality problem with your purchase its best to contact us first before sending back. Please e-mail: customerservice@boumy.com and describe the problem. We'll get back to you a.s.a.p with a resolution.

Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange your purchase for another design or size please send your original purchase back as described below. Upon receipt of your return and inspection, a notification email will be sent to you indicating that your refund is being processed and for the original purchase price (excluding shipping costs). In the mean time you can go to www.boumy.com and place your new order. This way your replacement order will be shipped to you in the shortest possible time.

Returns:
In case you want to make use of the 100% no hassle 21-day return policy you can simply return your purchase as described below and we will refund your purchase price (excl. shipping costs) within a few days.

How do I return my purchase?

Send your purchase in a sufficiently stamped package together with a print out of the completed Return Form below to:
